Mommy I stuck in here

So last night I went to put Tylee to bed. She has this problem where she doesn't like to stay in her room. So I'm having to put her back in her best repeatedly which I really don't care for. So when my brother Michael was here in August I had him put a lock on our door. Well last night I HAD to us the lock. After about 30 minutes of crying I went back to the room to tell Tylee to settle down and get to sleep because she had preschool. Well the door wouldn't unlock! Yes you read that right I couldn't get into the room. The hinges were not at my dispense and I couldn't take off the door knob. So I got my mom and she told me that Chris use to climb into his room thru the windows. So we went outside to get to the windows and saw that there was about 70 or more pieces of fire wood in our way. I went to find the other window. I had to move at least 10 dutch ovens that were huge and a couple of cabinets. Well to my dismay I couldn't get thru that window either. So finally we went to wake up my very sleepy Dad. He was able to use a couple of different tools to take off the molding by the door and broke the door open. Tylee rolled off the bed fell to the ground and ran to me for dear life. Saying thank you Papa for opening the door. She had been crying this entire time. (Which lasted about 40 minutes). Asking me to please get the keys and open the door. I also tried to get her to open the door too but it was stuck. I could hear her grunting and saying it too hard I can. Ouch that hurts. Tylee was very grateful that Papa saved here and got her out of the room. It was a very traumatic night for her and me. It brought back memories of when I tried to get 2 sisters out of a locked room. Thank heavens for Papa's. I don't know what I would have done without him.

Sugar Cookies

So a few weeks ago we made some home made sugar cookies. Tylee had so much fun. I let her do it all by herself. She got to roll out the dough, eat the dough, and cut out different shapes. She loves to help me cook.

Santa Clause

Today Tylee had a wonderful day at school. She didn't cry when she saw me passing in the halls at school and she took a great nap. In fact I had to wake her up to go home. Any way when we got into the car I asked her what she wanted to do. Tylee: I want to go see Chris and show him my sucker that I got for being good. I told her that Chris went hunting and he wasn't home. Tylee: What! Then I don't want to go home. So I asked her if she wanted to go to the Mall which she always wants to do. Tylee: no mom I don't want to Santa Clause is there. So I said Tylee Santa Clause is nice he will like you and you can tell him what you want for Christmas. No I don't want to see him. I went to the mall anyway. So as we were pulling up to the mall she started to whisper, Santa Clause is in there, Santa Clause is in there. It was pretty funny. Before we walked by Santa's shop we had a snack and then Tylee clinged to me for dear life. I pointed to Santa and Santa saw Tylee and waved to her. Tylee decided it was okay to wave back so she did. Then she proceeded to yell to Santa I want a hair ting. You should have seen how proud she was that she talked to Santa. She wasn't about to bring herself close to him and she still doesn't want to take a picture with him or even get close to him. So Tylee this is why you don't have any pictures with Santa because you were deathly afraid of him.

Babies name

So here is my conversation with Tylee after school on Thursday.
Mommy: Tylee what is your babies name?
Tylee: Hum what?
Mommy: You know how your name is Tylee. What do you call your baby?
Tylee: I don't know because she doesn't talk Mom. I think she needs some batteries.
Oh my goodness I thought I was going to die. How cute is my little girl and how smart.

My professional Somersaulter

So Tylee has just learned how to do a somersault. She is in love. Tonight she just kept doing them over and over again. Usually she will not let me take pictures of her but she was more then happy to let me take pictures of her somersaults. I can't take credit for this. I have no idea where she learned how to do them.

Halloween

Tylee was Tinker Bell for Halloween this year. I made her trick or treat bag which I think is very cute. I got the idea from when I was a little girl and my mom made me a glow in the dark bag. Tylee is also wearing some bows that I made. I love having my little girl.

New at this

So I was at Annie's house today and she helped me get set up with my new blog. I'm pretty scared to do this. So if anyone out there has any advice that can help me please do. I've wanted to blog for some time but never had the guts to do it. So here goes...
